We will discuss your car in detail with you, gathering all relevant information  - along with any details that will affect the value of your car for instance;

• Does the car have any extras/upgrades?
• What condition is the car in – is there any damage?
• Does the car have full or partial service history?

Andy & Karen will thoroughly research your car using the information you have provided; together with up to the minute data bases, our many years of experience and our many trade contacts. We will then call you back with the BEST price possible.
Please note that we base our quote on the information that you provide us – so please be as accurate as possible.

If you are happy with your FREE quote, we will arrange a time and place, convenient to you to collect your car from you – FREE of charge, from anywhere in Southeast England.
NB.  Once a quote has been accepted and prior to collection, we always Hpi check your car.

We will then collect your car at which time we will pay you directly & immediately (by Bankers Draft or Bank Transfer). We will also require all documents relating to the car, including unexpired road tax and all keys – including spares.

We also require proof of identity – this is to prevent fraud – all of which is reported to the police.

The transaction is then complete.
